Bidding on SAMHSA task orders.
Cygnus has been awarded the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), multi-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Through this award, we are permitted to bid on task orders in two Domains:
- Domain IV: Communications Projects (small business); and
- Domain VI: Planning, Implementation, and Report Support Projects (small business).*
Under this IDIQ, Cygnus has the opportunity to provide SAMHSA with communication services such as conceptualizing, planning, researching, developing, designing, implementing, disseminating, and evaluating effectiveness of mental health and/or substance abuse projects and materials, and various dissemination tactics of multiple size, scope, and content.
