Cygnus was awarded the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), multi-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) vehicle. Through this award, we are permitted to bid on task orders in two Domains:

  • Domain IV: Communications Projects (small business); and
  • Domain VI: Planning, Implementation, and Report Support Projects (small business).

Under this IDIQ, Cygnus is pleased to have the opportunity to provide SAMHSA with communication services, such as conceptualizing, planning, researching, developing, designing, implementing, disseminating, and evaluating  effectiveness of mental health and/or substance abuse projects and materials, and various dissemination tactics of multiple size, scope, and content.

As a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB), Cygnus has assembled an exciting team of experts who understand SAMHSA's overall vision and mission, and have worked in the field of behavioral health and substance abuse for more than 20 years.
