Cygnus is working with Our Community Listens (OCL) in efforts to determine the sustainability of their Communications Skills Training (CST) course.
Our services include: evaluation design, data collection, analysis, reports on the sustainability impacts of OCL's communications course; program analysis, and the potential for organizational expansion. Cygnus is currently working to determine the: 1) long- and short-term impacts from taking the 3-day CST classes; 2) environmental variables acting on the long-term utilization of the skills and knowledge learned in the course; and 3) program processes to determine what, if anything, affects the opportunity for a sustainable outcome.
OCL is working to bring their Communications Skills Training from a business setting to a broader audience and cultivate a community that listens.
