Cygnus provided management, meeting and travel logistics, clerical, materials development, and transcription services to the Secretary’s Advisory Committee on Infant Mortality (SACIM) and two Healthy Start Panels (HSPs), including writing and editorial services to produce a variety of materials for the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), ranging from briefing books to detailed meeting summaries.
Cygnus managed 26 high-level, two-day committee meetings with 35 participants each; 6 one-day meetings (such as subcommittee meetings) with 10 participants each; and 6 two-day HSPs with 20 participants each year. In addition to our other management, logistics, and materials development services, we arranged travel for many SACIM and HSP meeting participants to Washington, DC.
