Michael Palumbo has more than 30 years as a senior management executive and project management consultant with diverse and in-depth experience serving a large number of clients representing federal, state, and local government agencies, Fortune 500 companies, and national and local non-profits.

He brings substantial experience in large-scale, multi-task projects, information management activities, sustainable economic development programs, and the development and management of programs that require forming and assessing effective public-private partnerships to accomplish project objectives. Mr. Palumbo capitalizes on superior communication skills to establish and develop valuable working relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels to build consensus. His results-driven, client-centric, and agile approach to project management has led to the consistent development of top-performing teams that deliver high-quality products and services on-time and within-budget.

Mr. Palumbo received his M.B.A. from George Washington University with concentrations in Strategic Planning, Public Policy, and Economics.
