M. Hughes-Rease, M.A.

Ms. Hughes-Rease is an International Coaching Federation certified executive coach with more than 15 years of experience working for nonprofit and for-profit entities; federal, state, and local governments; and education and healthcare associations. In addition to coaching, Marsha is an organizational development consultant who partners with clients to increase their organizational effectiveness.

Marsha has worked extensively with all levels of organizational leadership, including executives and senior leadership, as well as middle-management. Her coaching approach helps clients identify developmental goals while simultaneously considering factors that may influence their leadership effectiveness, their impact on others, their success in achieving business results, and competing commitments. She stays abreast of new coaching techniques and best practices through research as a member of the Institute for Coaching and International Leadership Association and is guided by the ICF ethical guidelines for coaching.

Ms. Hughes-Rease is an adjunct faculty member at Georgetown University's Organization Development program with a M.A. in Organization Development from Johns Hopkins University, along with a gradate certificate in Evidence-Based Coaching from Fielding Graduate University.
