G. Lyons, Ph.D.

A licensed psychologist, Dr. Geri Lyons is an executive coach with a wealth of leadership development experience working for government employees, business executives, and university communities. She is affiliated with the National Leadership Institute and the Center for Creative Leadership and is certified to provide feedback on 360-degree instruments. As a licensed psychologist, she is qualified to interpret a host of self-report personality instruments that form the backbone of leadership development. Dr. Lyons offers testing and assessments, feedback, group facilitation, and coaching to mid- and upper-level managers attending executive education programs. She supports developmental planning and goal setting to help participants improve their executive competence within the framework of their organizational environments in the government and private sector.

Dr. Lyons’ undergraduate degree in Psychology comes from Fordham University, where she graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. She received her Ph.D. in Personality and Experimental Psychopathology from The George Washington University.
