Cygnus worked with the Office of Workforce Effectiveness and Resources (OWER), National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) by supplying strategic planning for Employee Learning and Development as well as Learning and Organizational Development programs. We provided an overall organizational needs assessment, program evaluation and development, operational support, facilitation, writing, and publication services. Navigating NIAID Welcome Workshop; The Art of Leadership for aspiring and new leaders; Leadership and Executive Coaching; Practical Management Skills Workshops and Manuals on topics like meetings, time management, conflict resolution, change management, speeches and scientific presentations, and effective communication and customer service; Focus on Leadership speaker series; individual development plans, organizational development, customized training, team building, retreat design, and facilitation.
