Enhancing leadership.
Using methods from both Results-Based Leadership (RBL) and Action Learning Team (ALT), Cygnus helped enhance the leadership development program for the Office of Research on Women’s Health (ORWH).
Services included team coaching; individual and executive leadership coaching; retreat facilitation; and development of the ORWH leadership development program.
