Cygnus Corporation is a professional services firm that provides communication services to federal agencies and private-sector clients. We employ a multidisciplinary staff of health communication managers, meeting planners, information specialists, librarians, writers, editors, designers/desktop publishers, research analysts, social scientists, and information system specialists, as well as word processing, clerical, reproduction, and messenger staff. Cygnus holds its employees to high standards of quality, efficiency, and client service. We are committed to bringing each effort to a successful conclusion, on time and within budget, while fully meeting the expectations of our clients.

The products and services we provide within each of these areas are described in greater detail on subsequent web pages. These services fall under three main practice areas: Criminal and Juvenile Justice, Public Health and Medical Services Support, and Health Information Centers. Summaries of the main Cygnus projects in these three areas are provided. A list of selected Cygnus clients and contracts is also presented.

All of our projects share a common goal: to improve the health and quality of life of Americans by creating, managing, and disseminating information to health professionals, scientists, criminal justice researchers and practitioners, legislators, and, most important, the public.
